Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PadoSori (the "Service"). Effective December 1, 2025.

1. Eligibility

The Service may be used only by individuals aged 13 or older.

2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for your account and login credentials.

3. User Conduct

Do not:

• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Spread malware or spam
• Infringe copyrights
• Post illegal, threatening, or obscene content
• Harass others or defame anyone
• Disrupt Service operations

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account restrictions.

4. Content Rights

A. Ownership

You retain copyright in content you upload (posts, photos, videos).

B. License to PadoSori

You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to display, process, store, and use your content to operate and improve the Service. The Company does not use your content for commercial purposes outside the Service.

5. Seal Feature

"Seal" is a digital collectible usable only within the Service, has no cash value, and cannot be traded outside the Service.

6. Service Availability

The Service is generally available 24/7 but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or operations.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may warn, suspend, or permanently restrict your account.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for interruptions, errors, or damages arising from use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (typically $0).

10. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

For users in the United States and other jurisdictions where permitted: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and PadoSori agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

Exceptions for International Users: If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction (such as Canada, Australia, Japan, or the EU) where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration or class action waivers for consumer disputes, the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver provisions above shall not apply to you. Instead, you may resolve disputes in the competent courts of your country of residence.

YOU AND PADOSORI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

The arbitration (where applicable) will be conducted in English under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, and governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing outside the United States, you may be entitled to the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.

12. Changes

We will announce updates within the Service when these Terms change.
